            膨脹伸縮頭(膨脹接頭)是電力軌道系統中用于消除熱脹冷縮帶來的軌道長度變化,在軌道系統用量較多的關鍵部件。 我公司開發的C型軌膨脹伸縮頭,采用嵌入式的滑板連接兩端,伸縮補償量大,最大適用錨固區間距離達到48m,軌體伸縮滑動自由,采用柔性的疊合式銅帶導電,導電能力強、對軌體滑動無阻礙,整體效果優于德國同類產品。在此基礎上延伸開發的雙縫膨脹伸縮頭,伸縮補償量加倍,可使用于特殊超長錨固區間。

            Expansion joins are critical components employed for eliminating the track length change due to thermal expansion and cold contraction in the electric track system and are used frequently in the track system. The C-rail expansion joint developed by our Company uses an embedded slide to connect both ends and the expansion compensation is large; the maximum applicable anchorage section distance is up to 48m; the rail body expands, contracts and slides freely; flexible laminated copper strips with high conductivity and without any hindrance to the sliding of rail body are used for connection. So the integral effects are superior to those of similar German products. With double expansion compensation, the double-joint expansion joint further developed on this basis can be used in special extra-long anchorage section.

            中間接頭是電力軌道系統中用于連接兩根軌道的部件,是軌道系統中用量較多的重要連接部件。 傳統的中間接頭為簡單的夾板式結構,不能消除兩根軌厚度尺寸偏差帶來的Y向高差,只能靠硬性打磨鋼帶表面使兩端軌面一致。我公司開發的中間接頭增加了消除高差功能,保證連接后軌面保持在同一平面。

            Intermediate joints are components used for connecting two tracks in the electric track system and are important connecting components that are used frequently in the track system. The traditional intermediate joints are of simple cleat structure, cannot eliminate the Y-direction height difference due to deviation in the thickness dimensions of two rails but can achieve consistent rail surfaces at both ends only by means of hard grinding of the steel strip surface. The intermediate joints developed by our Company are additionally provided with the function of elimination of height difference and guarantees that the rail surfaces are kept on the same plane after connection.

            錨固連接是軌道系統中用于將軌道相對安裝基準在X向固定的緊固連接。我公司開發的錨固連接采用內置夾板夾持、螺紋鎖固,連接簡單、固定可靠。|

            Anchorage connection is tightening connection used for fixing the relative installation datum of track in the X direction in the track system. The anchorage connection developed by our Company is held by built-in cleat and locked by threads, with the characteristics of connection simplicity and fixing reliability.

            分段絕緣器是用于供電軌系統保持軌道機械連接同時分隔不同供電區間的關鍵部件。我公司開發的分段絕緣器絕緣性能好、機械強度高且耐磨性好,安裝方便簡單、壽命長久。安裝后,兩端軌面重合度好,受電靴在其表面滑動通過過程中平滑順暢,無沖撞、翹動。

            Section insulators are critical components used for keeping the mechanical connection of track while separating different power supply sections in the power supply rail system. The section insulator developed by our Company is characterized by good insulation performance, high mechanical strength, good wear resistance, installation convenience and simplicity and long service life. After installation, the degree of coincidence of the rail surfaces at both ends is good and the current collecting shoe is smooth and free of collision and warping in the process of sliding on the surface.
